Why do you use a 1950's style theme on your site?

Great question, we're asked this a lot! We decided to use this theme as we felt it is the best communicated SERVICE. When you think about pulling into a gas station in the 1950's, you can assume the people who come out to help you will do their best at making sure you are taken care of. And that's what we do. We offer unparalleled service to all of our customers

Do you offer CPC and CPM offers?

Nearly all of our business is conducted on a CPA basis. We do not specialize in CPC and CPM offers, as inventory quality ranges greatly across different sites. Ultimately, for affiliates and advertisers alike, backend performance is what determines the long-term success of the campaign. Therefore, we constantly analyze the backend CPC and CPM conversions on campaigns. Ours are among the highest in the industry.

How long does it take for stats to be updated?

For most offers lead stats are updated hourly, and click stats are updated every 4 hours. And we do run a few offers in which ad stats are uploaded into our system. These offers have lead updates which range from daily, bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly. All delayed lead update times are posted in the "fill up" section where you obtain the banner code for each offer.

What are your methods for approving advertisers?

All advertisers must go through a pre-qualification process. This includes evaluation on our part of the offer, its targeting, the number of signup fields, its marketability, creatives, landing pages and other aspects which can effect its performance and your profitability. If an offer meets all of our guidelines, and we feel it will add value to our network and its affiliates, we will place it within Affiliate Fuel.

What is the cross-network conversion table?

The cross network conversion table can be found in the "tune up" section of your login area. This table breaks down the conversion rate (click-to-lead) of each offer on the network. By multiplying the conversion rate by the offer payout, the table lists from top to bottom, each offer's NET average CPC breakdown on the network. This table is a great overall tool to estimate how well an offer is performing and should convert for you.
Note: Keep in mind that due to our stringent approval process of affiliates, our network has a very accurate 'average', as there are no fraudulent sites which can skew these conversion statistics, therefore allowing you to make a more analytical decision when placing a campaign. Nonetheless, it's important to keep in mind that performance can vary depending on the targeting of your site to the given offer.

What does it mean when an offer is on hold?

When an offer is placed on HOLD, it means an advertiser's account is running low on available budget or there's some other issue which needs to be addressed with the advertiser before further delivery can occur. Affiliates who are currently running an offer when it is put on hold can continue to run it. However, new affiliates who wish to run the offer will not have access to the code. This allows us to stabilize the delivery on an offer without suspending it (and asking you to take down your links). It gives the advertiser time to "refuel" their account prior to the point at which an offer will become suspended.

How do I apply to run an offer that is restricted?

An offer is restricted if it has a yield sign in the "fill up" section. If you wish to run a restricted offer, simply click on it to go to the banner code page. Under the linking details, it will state:

"This offer is restricted. Your site must be approved to run it. If you feel your site can successfully deliver this advertisement please click here to apply. Simply fill out the 3-field application, and we will get back to you whether or not your site has been approved to run the offer."

Note: We restrict offers which have limited budgets, or specific demographic targets (such as CPC or targeted CPA)

How do I add another site? How many can I add?

You can add up to 100 additional sites in the "fill up" section, by clicking on the drop down menu at the top of the page, and selecting "Add New Web Site". Click on "go", and then fill in your website URL, its title, and its category. We will review your site within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that these 'sub sites' will be required to meet our network requirements.
